Introducing My Aviva--A new customer service portal

Aviva USA is pleased to announce the launch of My Aviva, a new policyholder website that will help Aviva live up to its brand promise: “We are building insurance around you.”

The site provides customers the ability to access policy information and make simple change requests without calling the Home Office. Aviva will be opening My Aviva to inforce customers incrementally, starting over the next few weeks to annuity customers who use the current policyholder website. My Aviva will be replacing this site, and those individuals will have to re-register for the new site. A postcard will be mailed to those individuals informing them of the new site.
